Gallen's side last played two weeks ago,
beating Luton 5-0 at Harlington on the 17th February, to move a point
behind the leaders Gillingham whilst still having a game in hand.
However Gillingham failed to take advantage of Rangers' blank weekend, falling to a 3-2 away defeat to Wycombe Wanderers. That all means The R's hang onto second spot, are still just a point off top and now have two games in hand on The Gills. Southend sit in third, a point behind Rangers, but have played one game more. Our cancelled game against Pompey has been rescheduled for this weekend, whilst Gillingham welcome fifth placed Colchester United. |
