This victory over Southend saw Gary
Waddock showcase his two new signings to great effect,
Rangers looked classy on all fronts and even Zesh Rehman
looked like a great player! Goals from Martin Rowlands and
Nick Ward gave us an easy win. |

SEPTEMBER 2006 :

John Gregory's first away game in charge
saw Rangers pull off an unlikely win over promotion
contenders Southampton. Dexter Blackstock scored against his
old club to level things up before Ray Jones grabbed the
winner. |

OCTOBER 2006 :
QPR 3 - 3 NORWICH |

Martin Rowlands put in a sensational
performance as The R's fought back from behind on two
occasions to take a point from Norwich at Loftus Road.
Rowly got two in this one, including the last minute
equaliser. |

NOVEMBER 2006 : QPR
4 - 2 CRYSTAL PALACE |

One of the most satisfying results of the
season saw Rangers pulverise The Weasels at home, Jimmy
Smith struck twice to help us on our way to a stunning 4-2
win. Kevin Gallen and Steve Lomas scored the other goals. |

DECEMBER 2006 : QPR

|
December was not the best of months for
John Gregory as he watched Rangers lose every game in the
month, except this one. As a result it won the December vote
almost by default. Martin Rowlands scored the only goal of
the game to take all three points. |

JANUARY 2007 : QPR 1
- 0 COLCHESTER |

Like December, January would see Rangers
win just a solitary game. Ray Jones scored the winner in
this New Years Day fixture to get 2007 off to a decent start
before things started to go downhill again. |

FEBRUARY 2007 : QPR
3 - 1 BURNLEY |

February was another month where we
started well only to fail to win another game for the rest
of the period. This one saw Lee Cook, Dexter Blackstock and
Steve Lomas score the goals in a good home performance. |

MARCH 2007 :
LEICESTER 1 - 3 QPR |

Nobody
really thought we'd get much at The Walkers Stadium but
Inigo Idiakez got things moving for Rangers before Marc Nygaard decided
to stun everyone by not only scoring a potential goal of the
season but also a penalty as well! |

APRIL/MAY 2007 : QPR
3 - 2 LUTON |

The match that saw Rangers all but safe
from relegation turned out to be a real humdinger against
Luton Town. The R's went in front through Dexter Blackstock
but then had to fight back from 2-1 down with Paul Furlong
scoring an emotional, last minute, winner. |
